Transpecs is the dominant New Zealand supplier of OEM truck and trailer components, and is unique in its ability to provide a 'one-stop-shop' service to trailer builders and the new truck sales industry.

A mature company, Transpecs core business is supplying world class branded product to trailer builders and truck importers and distributors. Transpecs also supplies spare parts to all major national and regional heavy duty parts specialists and distributors. The company is a single site importer, based in Auckland.

Major trailer products include: axles; suspensions; wheels; landing legs; brake systems; hydraulic hoists and turntables. Major truck products include: axles; 5th wheels; alloy wheels; hoist kits; couplings; taillifts; and truck mounted cranes.

Transport Equipment Team
The Transport Equipment team has responsibility for perhaps the broadest range of products supplied by Transpecs. Encompassing some 22 different brands, the team markets products as diverse as trailer couplings, fifth wheels, landin glegs, brake systems, spray suppression, van body hardware and weigh scales.

Amongst the products for which the team has responsibility are Holland fifth wheels and Ringfeder trailer couplings. Wabco and Sealco air brake systems are also industry leaders.

Hydraulics Team
This division markets products from some of Europe's best known hydraulic companies. Amongst these, Palfinger knuckle boom cranes would be amongst the finest truck mounted cranes ever produced whilst Edbro UK are without question, one of the world's leading tipping hoist manufacturers.

Hydraulic components from OMFB of Italy ensure that this division can meet all the demands of the transport industry with a comprehensive and powerful package. Other products distributed include tail lifts, tarping systems and electro-hydraulic power packs.

Running Gear Team
With axles and suspension systems being at the heart of all trucks and trailers, the products marketed by the Running Gear team are the best available. This division offers both European (SAF) and North American (IMT & Reyco) style products to meet the rigorous demands of the New Zealand transport industry. Forged alloy wheels from the world's leading aluminium company Alcoa, complements the range along with Rothe Erde turntables, specialist suspensions, steel wheels and rims.

In-house facilities enable Transpecs to convert axle beams into a wide range of axles. This ability greatly increases the range of wheel sizes and fixings available.
