J.C. (Jim) Sheed
Jim Jim joined the Gough Holdings Ltd Board in September 2006 having retired after 14 years in Australia as the Managing Director of Hastings Deering Group, the Caterpillar Dealers in Queensland, Northern Territory, New Caledonia and PNG. Prior to moving to Brisbane, Jim was Managing Director of Gough, Gough & Hamer Limited for six years, having held several key positions in the Company, including Manager Marketing Group and Company Secretary/CFO.  He was employed by the Gough Group for 19 years and has spent over 37 years in the Heavy Equipment and Transport industries.  Jim is based on the Gold Coast and also serves on the Board of Spanbild Holdings and is a member of the Advisory Committee of the Industrial Group of Sime Darby Berhad.
 
D.A.H. (David) Brown

David has been a Director of Gough Holdings Limited for 24 years and is Chairman of the Audit Committee.   Previously Managing Director of public-listed Amuri Corporation Limited, (a diversified company with motor vehicle franchise property and confectionery interests), and as a Director of Mazda Motors NZ Ltd and NZ Vehicle Finance Ltd, he has had considerable experience in transport related businesses.  Currently he is involved as a Director and Trustee of several NZ based private companies and trusts.

B.T. (Ben) Gough

Ben joined the Board of Gough Holdings Limited in December 2007 and is the grandson of the late Tracy T Gough, founder of Gough, Gough & Hamer Ltd.  In addition to his role as General Manager Strategic Developments for the Gough Group, Ben is a director of Tailorspace Investments Limited, a company which specialises in commercial property investment, development and property management.  Ben serves as a Trustee on the Halberg Trust and is a member of the Institute of Directors.

A.M. (Alex) McKinnon
M.A. (Cantab.), FRGS, FRAS
Alex joined the Board of Gough Holdings Limited in December 2007.  He is the great-grandson of the late Tracy T Gough, founder of Gough, Gough & Hamer Ltd, and part of the fourth generation of the Gough family to be involved with the Company.  Alex read economics and history at Cambridge University, followed by study at the University of Provence and Tsinghua University in Beijing.  Alex’s previous roles have been as an Investment Manager with Mahon China Investment Management, a Beijing based merchant bank, and an Investment Analyst for Ngai Tahu Holdings Corporation.  He is currently a Director of Koau Capital Partners Limited and Chairman of The Honourable East India Company Limited.
